Catching up!!!

So it has been awhile, and a lot has happened. We moved, Kamryn was born, Birthdays have came and went and well it has been almost a year ha ha.

We moved from our apartment in February and live with Shane's mother Tina, we love it and her company. Shane is gone a lot with his job, he still works in Tucson Monday through Thursday. He comes back on the weekends. So i love that she is here during the week. otherwise i might go crazy!

Kamryn was born April 9th she was 7 lbs and 21 inches. She has been the best baby she slept through the night at about 3 months and is the happiest baby ever. She is definitely a mama's girl, but loves daddy. She is almost 9 months now and can crawl, pull her self up on the coffee table, she says mom, dad, na na(no no) and points, ba ba, and door. She is getting so big. It makes me sad. but I love how independent she is.

Jaycee is now 5 and goes to pre-school she is learning so much and has grown up so much in the last few years that sometimes I just want to press pause. she can write Mom, Dad, Kam, and Mia. Now if only I can get her to sleep in her own bed!!

Christmas was fun, Whitney and Chase came. We were missing Jaycee she was with her dad, but we had Christmas with her the next day. We all got what we wanted from Santa, Jay got her Scooter, Kam got Her Kitchen, Shane got his RC Car, And I got my laptop!!! it was a great Christmas. Not to mention a great time with all the Family!! Christmas eve is always fun here at the Eagar house Santa Came and gave us all our ornaments. We ate pizza and sang Christmas songs. The Christmas day we had dinner with the family and all the food was amazing. Even Kamryn ate Mashed potato's and Ice Cream Cake!! yummy!

Over all it was a great year!! and I cant wait for the new year and new resolutions. Maybe even a closer job for Shane!!

Almost done!!!

So I am now about 35 weeks along!! on the last stretch!! and well..... feeling PREGNANT!!! Sleeping some nights is just none existent and she is taking up ALL my space, from hips to ribs and sometimes I even think my throat. I feel so unprepared with this one!! I have TONS of girl stuff from clothes to bed and everything in between, but I cant help but think that I am just not ready for her to be here yet. After a move and still unpacking plus getting ready for her to be with us FINALLY!! Plus Shane left yesterday for a job in Wilcox for the WHOLE month I don't know what I will do. with his lat job he was home on the weekends, this one he will be working 7-12's. so I will see him the beginning of April :( then another job in Tucson for the month of April. I am SO thankful I have my mother-in-law to help me and my grandma!! I don't know what I would do without them!!

This month is quite a busy month from birthdays, to surgerys, April will be coming all too soon!!

Happenings in the Slade Fam

So we had our first Ultra Sound on November 20 and found out that we are having a GIRL! We are pretty excited, of course Shane was hoping for a boy and I kinda was too. Jaycee wanted a little sister and is SO excited that she got her wish. This one is SO different from Jay she sits lower and moves a lot more. So that is our exciting news and now I just have to wait for my little princess to arrive....only 19 more weeks to go (well roughly 19 weeks).

Thanks giving was fun we went to Las Vegas and saw my family, there were 21 of us there this year! it was nuts but a lot of fun. Shane, Jaycee and I stayed at the Excalibur on the strip and that was exciting Jay loved the castle and the light, but I think her favorite part was the water show at the Bellagio. It was so cold, I think even colder than last year. Us girls also braved Black Friday!! it was crazy but I think all in all we got some pretty good deals. Now it is time to get ready for Christmas!!

o Ya a quick note: While on the way to Vegas Jaycee got a candy thing that you have to load with candy, so me being the good mom that I am decided to load it for her and get it ready for the long hours still ahead.....Well wrong thing to do. She threw a fit for like an hour then told me I WAS RUINING HER LIFE!!! ya my four year old! Are you kidding me. Now I look back and laugh but I could have really cried when she said that, dang hormones!

So its been awhile..........Our family has hade quite the busy last 5 months or so. We had our wedding and it turned out fantasic i will have to post pics soon. Moving in was definatley a big change. Shane has been working in Tucson for the past 4-5 months it has been hard i miss him when he is gone but we see eachother every weekend which is REALLY nice. It almost like dating again lol. This forth of July we spent with with family and it was so nice, I love my new family SO much.

We don't like our apartment at all. We have the LOUDEST up stairs neighbors. They play thier music so loud it vibrates my wall and sometimes even last till 3:00 AM. We are waiting for someone to want our apartment so we can move out and have some peace and quiet.

Now the big news lol well kinda not new, but we are expecting a little one around April 17, 2010!! We are so excited. I cant wait for this morning sickness to go away but as soon as that is gone I will be happy. I hate not being able to eat all my favorite foods! I am about 11 weeks so it is almost over! It already seems like it will be around the corner though we have a busy rest of the year and beginning of next, just about every month we have a major event going on, just the month of October I have Jaycee's Birthday and my cousin Van's wedding and there goes 2 weeks and so on.

Well I will hopefully be posting pictures sooner than 6 monthes.

And the Countdown begins......

It is hard to believe it is only 18 more days till the big day!! It seems like just yesterday we were in Utah. We are both are really excited. I have everything for my dress, alterations are done now I just have to figure out how I am going to do my hair....wierd I know who would worry about hair, up....down....color, lucky my sister went to hair school so I think I am safe there. Shane has a few more things to do on his list but they are getting done, he is seriously the best. Shane's family is doing so much, they are quite the wedding planners. Thanks SO SO SO much for everything guys I Dont know what we would have done without you guys!!! This weekend I am going to be gone, I have training in the Phoenix, then my Bachlorette Party!!! My sister and Jess are doing that for me and I cant wait!!!

Bridal Shower

This weekend was quite the busy weekend, Saturday I had a baby shower and my bridal shower to go to and that night Jaycee had her first slumber party with her cousin carter. Matties baby shower was fun, Jaycee and I went, there were games, food and KIDS. Jaycee was so excited to play, it was hard keeping her in her seat. We left that shower and went straight to "our" shower. I say our because Jaycee thinks me and her are getting married. So as far as she was concerned it was her party. It was so much fun, I got so much stuff for our home. We played a memory game, ate yummy food, opened presents, then had a ice cream bar!! Everyone who knows me knows I am a sucker for sweets! After the Shower ended we packed up the car and headed to Eagar. I was so excited to show Shane all of our new stuff! Jaycee was so tired from all the fun she fell asleep not five minutes before we were out of town. Me and Shane unpacked and put away everything while Jaycee and Carter played! Our little apartment is finally looking like a home. Thanks to everyone who made it!!
